DESCRIPTION
CHW-50C6 is a copper-plated low-alloy steel wire, and has excellent fabrication weldability. It has low spatters while welding and can be proformed at all positions. Its welds form in good-looking shapes. Owing to the strong binding strength of the copper layer, is has a strong, rustresisting property, so can it be fed smoothly and staby. Higher impact toughness can be obtained from its weld at low temperature.
APPLICATION
Welding of carbon steels and low alloy steels, such as vehicles, vessels, bridge, buiding machines, containers, etc. For welding of structures fabricated by 500Mpa grade carbon steels or low alloy steels.
